• In-Person Check In (with a real person) - Includes a tour of the property, instructions on the electronics and appliances, and complimentary appetizers while settling in.
   
• Late Check In (available by special request) - Normal Check-Ins are by appointment between 3pm and 7pm. If you are unable to check-in between those hours, then you may schedule a late check-in; additional fees apply. Late check-ins between 7pm and 12pm are an additional $250; while late check-ins between 12pm and 8am are an additional $500.
  
  
• Late Check Out (only available by special request) - If available, for a $500 fee, individuals can request a Late Check Out, extending their departure from 11am to 5pm (must have prior approval)
  
  
• Grocery Delivery available - Order groceries via www.Vons.com and have them delivered to the property. If delivery is scheduled around their Check In time, then the Household Manager will put the groceries away for the customer (otherwise, the customer will be responsible for greeting the delivery person and putting away the groceries).
   
• Complimentary Soda, Bottled Water, and Mixers - Included are a case of water, case of assorted soda, and a variety of mixers for alcoholic drinks
   
• Wine Room - The wine room will be open to guests - Policy: If you open a bottle of wine or open a bottle of alcohol, then please replace it with a similar type (quality and flavor). If you are unable to replace the bottle, then we can replace it for you... you will be charged a $25 restocking fee
   
• "Hotel-Style" Safe for Valuables - A unique combination every time the safe is used. Room for a number of laptops and valuables

• Maid Services are available for an additional $150 per day. Please note that daily housekeeping in which our staff makes the beds, replaces dirty towels, and straightens up the bathrooms is included for free with your rental. Maid service is for the guest who requires more extensive services each day. This option offers 3 hours per day of dedicated and detailed cleaning each day (do the dishes, clean the bathrooms, vacuum the floors, make the beds, etc...)
