We allow you to work with any caterer or chef you prefer while at the property or if you are uncertain, then we can make a recommendation from some of the professionals that we have worked with in the past (depending upon your budget and needs). That being said, we highly recommend the services and talents of Andy Bouchard. His reputation, presentation, and talent are absolutely impeccable.
Andy Bouchard is Chef De Cuisine at one of the top French restaurants here in Las Vegas. He believes in presenting his dishes in a manner than conveys their inherent integrity. He comments that "before a dish goes out to the dining room, I want it to look simply but elegantly plated and I want it to be apparent that only the freshest, highest quality ingredients have gone into it."
