Andy Bouchard is Chef De Cuisine at one of the top five-star, French restaurants here in Las Vegas. His reputation, presentation, and talent are absolutely impeccable. 4210 East Quail is the ONLY property to offer the talents of this five-star chef. Meals range from $50 to $500 per person depending on meal choice and complexity.

VACATION RENTAL: 4210 East Quail is a privately gated mansion that provides privacy in a luxurious setting. The property includes over 5600 square feet of lavishly furnished living space, gourmet kitchen, custom wine cellar built to hold over 1000 bottles (wine is included for your convenience), oversized rooms, abundant storage space, and amenities throughout.
Each bedroom offers a Queen or King sized bed, abundant closet space, lavish furnishings, and gorgeous views. It is truly an exceptional property. Although this property offers amenities above and beyond any average hotel suite, many people want to see the numbers... for comparison, average per room rates at 4210 East Quail start at $240 per room per night with FREE access to the whole house and large yard.
- Rates: $1450 per night (prices are subject to change)
- Stay: 3 Nights (Minimum)
- Check In/Out: In anytime after 3pm (by appt. only) / Out by 11am
- Occupancy (standard rental): 20 during the day / 12 overnight

- $3000 (only charged if and for incurred damages or amenities)

- Utility Service Fee: 4% of rental fee

- Limo Service to and from Airport: $600 (for up to 8 people)
- Event Fee: $2000 per event (this fee is charged any time you plan on having more than 20 individuals on the property during the day... the property holds a maximum of 150 people)
- Full Maid Service: $150 per day... daily housekeeping (make beds, replace towels, etc...) is included for free in your rental... however, this option offers 3 hours per day of dedicated and detailed cleaning (dishes, bathrooms, floors, beds, etc...)

From oversized rooms with vaulted ceilings to over 14,000 square feet of outdoor entertaining space (actual patio space and not just lot size), 4210 East Quail offers more than enough room to host a wedding, store supplies, run through conference plans, unwind, and entertain. There is a 60 foot driveway inside the gates with separate RV parking if needed... accommodating up to 9 cars inside gates.
